SEOUL, March 21, 2024 – Hyundai Motor is the newest sponsor of South American football’s premier competition, the CONMEBOL Libertadores. The sponsorship includes the main competition and other key annual events (CONMEBOL Libertadores Sub 20, CONMEBOL Libertadores Futsal, CONMEBOL Libertadores Futsal Femenino and CONMEBOL Libertadores Fútbol Playa), that will allow the brand to reach a multitude of viewers and promote intensively its values of sustainability, diversity and inclusion in the entire South America region.

The partnership between Hyundai and CONMEBOL is valid until 2026 and includes, in addition to the brand’s presence in different visual communications of the matches, the proprietary action of “Best of the Match Award”, delivered to the most outstanding athletes at the end of each game. Other actions, such as Hyundai’s Fan Zone and exclusive car displays and demonstrations will be announced soon.
